    Issue: Rabbit tv not working

    Solution ID:

    Disclaimer: Before moving to troubleshoot the issue, we will create a restore point using System Restore. If any troubleshooting step results in any harmful effect, we would be able to restore the computer in the current settings using it.

    Action: Tried to create restore point.
    Result: Successfully created.

    Action: Tried to play Rabbit Tv program using disc.
    Result: Unable to open as it goes directly to the website to logon.

    Action: Tried to logon on Rabbit Tv website.
    Result: Unable to logon.

    Incorrect username or password.

    Action: Tried to reset the password.
    Result: Successfully reset.

    Action: Tried to logon with new password in Rabbit Tv.
    Result: Successfully logged in.

    Notes: Now Rabbit Tv program working fine.
