It’s almost one year, since Microsoft has launched its latest operating system Windows 7. Windows 7 includes many changes in graphical user interface, applications and utilities. These are the upgraded functionalities, which are not available in the earlier versions of operating systems from Microsoft. After making such major upgradation to the Windows operating system, there are still some bugs. These bugs that are either reported by the users or else the developer analyze them after testing. To remove such bugs and errors in Windows, Microsoft releases its update patch and service packs timely. Such an update to Windows 7 operating system was released recently with Windows 7 Service Pack 1, which is also known as SP1. The updated system with the updates released by Microsoft Windows are less vulnerable to security threats and attacks and make
system more reliable to use.
The virtualization team has released 7601.17514.win7sp1_rtm.101119-1850. More specifically, it is the Russian version of Microsoft windows 7 Service Pack 1. Generally, Microsoft releases its update patches and service packs on Tuesdays but this time Windows 7 SP1 is released on Thursday. So, it’s still not clear that either this update is released as a testing version or as a full fledged Service Pack from Microsoft.
Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 are two versions of Microsoft OS, where this new service pack update will be applicable. This update will be applicable to any version of windows 7 and windows server 2008 R2. If you wish to update your OS with this Service Pack, its necessary to have KB976902 update on your Operating System running on either Windows 7 and windows server 2008 R2. In January 2011 Microsoft announces the release of its update blocker tool and the arrival of Windows 7 service Pack 1.
This service pack will contain some additional features and capabilities to handle applications running on the system. A 3-D riched graphical user interface will be provided for the remote user of the system as this update of Service Pack contains the files associated with RemoteFX.
The enhancement of Remote FX will boost the capabilities of RDP’s graphical interface. The major changes in Remote FX will include multiple display at a time and providing the full remote experience to the RemoteFX. A technique known as host based rendering is used by RemoteFX through which the image displayed on the remotely located host computer system is improved. Right now, there are some flaws in vitalizing a host computer system that will be removed in the next update of Windows 7. With the next update of Windows 7, Microsoft is going to remove several bugs to make computing more secure, fast and reliable.
