- Check for the correct SSL setting. For this press Window+R -> type Inceptl.Cpl inside run’s textbox -> click on Advanced Tab -> select Security option -> check the boxes beside SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 -> press OK button. Try to login.
- Add the QuickBooks as trusted site. Go to ‘Customize and Control Google Chrome’ icon from google chrome -> select ‘Settings’ -> scroll down to ‘Advanced’ option -> go to ‘Privacy and security’ -> Press ‘Site Setting’-> click on ‘Cookies’-. Select ‘Add’ from ‘Allow’ option -> Save all changes and relaunch the browser.
- Turn off the internet connection as well as the system. After at least 30 seconds, turn on the internet connection and the system. Then try to log in.
- Clear the Domain Name System or DNS. You may need expert help for this step, as it may affect the operating system.
- For Windows – close the browser -> click ‘Windows’ -> enter ‘cmd’ in the search field -> go to ‘Command Prompt ’and ‘Run As Administrator’ -> type ‘ipconfig/flushdns’ -> press Enter -> then type ‘ipconfig/registerdns’ -> press Enter -> close the window. Try to login.
- For MAC- go to ‘Go’ menu -> select ‘Utilities’ -> double-click on ‘Terminal’ -> type ‘dscacheutil-flushcache’ and press ‘Enter’-> again type ‘sudo killall-HUP mDNSResponder’ and hit ‘Enter’ -> close terminal. Try to sign in.
- Try using other browsers like Mozilla Firefox and Opera.
