‘Apple Pay’ Is Arriving Soon To Get You Rid Of Carrying Wallets to Make Payments

Is carrying a wallet has become a big thing for you? Don’t want to take it everywhere you go, but cannot afford to do so? Now, you can leave your wallet safely at home and go on to shop and make payments in just a click with Apple’s iPhone 6. Isn’t it interesting?

Apple has planned to come up with a wireless digital wallet ‘Apple Pay’ this October. It has eliminated the task of carrying a wallet, including credit cards to everywhere or even if you want to shop online.

With Apple Pay in your iPhone 6, you will just have to put your finger on the iPhone’s fingerprint sensor your payment is done. The charge or the amount directly goes onto your credit or debit card –whatever you have setup with Apple iPhone 6.

How Apple Pay Works?

Apple Pay works by simply sending payment details through short-range radio waves. Here, the message or the payment details passes on from a special chip inside the phone to the register called NFC (Near Field Communication), and your payment is done.

Ease, Safety, Security and Apple Pay

It is a fact that people are bit conscious while using mobile payment systems due to security issues. Many of them are scared of getting hacked, while others find mobile payments more of an inconvenience.

Convenience and security has always been an issue with mobile payments. But Apple assures to alter the scenario and assures that it will gain popularity in United States. Apple is confident about its latest payment mode because it will be easier, safer and available with every major credit card.

The fingerprint sensor is a simple touch which is considered to be far better than typing a pin for your debit or credit card.  The Apple’s TouchID System cannot accept any unknown fingerprint and moreover, it also rejects any stored fingerprint. Your fingerprint is yours only and others cannot use your fingerprints for any sort of illegal access. So, you can feel safe and secure as your Apply Pay can only be accessed by your fingerprint and not by any other.

Moreover, with Apple Pay, the retailers are far away from knowing your credit card details. They do not exist in the loop.

How credit card details are added to Apple Pay?

To get your credit card added with Apple Pay, you just need to take a photo of it, which further goes to your bank that further sends a special key to your phone. The special key is the thing that gets stored on your phone, which at a time of checkout, generates a one-time use, unique code which is verified by the bank and your payment is done.

Apple Pay works will work on the following cards – American Express (AXP), Master Card (MA), and Visa (V).

So, stop wondering and just wait for the day to come when you can get Apple Pay on your iPhone 6 and make payments for yourself easier and faster.
