Nokia® Maps Suite 2.0 arrives on Symbian platform

Nokia has finally rolled out the official version of Maps Suite 2.0 for all Symbian/Anna/Belle devices. It is to be noted that the company released the Beta version of the app in February 2012. Now, Nokia Maps Suite 2.0 has been released without the Beta tag and combines several useful features.

The app is an acute combination of Nokia Maps and Nokia Drive as well as the new Nokia Public Transport with tighter application integration. You can find it easier to navigate and map places with photorealistic 3D views. Nokia Maps Suite 2.0 now comes integrated with advanced voice search functionality. It also gives you one-touch access to your favorite locations from the home screen itself.

To upgrade to Nokia Maps Suite 2.0 on your Symbian device, just run Sw_update and relax. But, first make sure that your device has a free disk space of 40MB, otherwise, you may get an error while installing the application.
