Samsung® unveils Wi-Fi®-enabled smart camera

Samsung Electronics has launched a new Wi-Fi enabled SMART camera, called MV900F.

Sporting a 16.3MP BSI CMOS sensor and 25-125mm equivalent f/2.5-6.3 lens, Samsung MV900F MultiView camera incorporates a 3.3-inch LCD screen that can be flipped up to an angle of 180-degrees. In addition to this, the camera also offers 1920×1080 pixel Full HD video recording at 30fps and has wireless smartphone connectivity. The 5x optical zoom further makes it all the more easy to shoot distant subjects.

Whether it is a self-portrait or a big group of friends, Samsung’s unique Gesture Shot allows controlling the camera remotely via the movements of hands.

With an F2.5 bright lens to capture sharp, detailed photographs even in the low light environment, Samsung MV900F delivers superior and versatile performance.

What’s more? The camera has the ability to instantly connect with Photobucket, Picasa, Facebook, YouTube and other photo sharing websites without having the need to connect to a PC with cables. The SMART LINK button further makes it easier to share and store pictures quickly and securely.

Considering buying Samsung MV900F, wait till next month, when it will be officially launched. The camera is listed to be available at $350.

Samsung® Galaxy Chat for socially active users

With the debut of Galaxy Chat, Samsung has once again emerged out to be the best in the world of smartphones.

Samsung® updates its NX series cameras with built-in Wi-Fi®

Samsung has announced the release of its three new 20-megapixel NX series cameras, updated with built-in Wi-Fi to allow the users to share photos instantly on social networks and through e-mail.

The three camera models are NX1000, NX210, and NX20. Each of these camera models of the NX series will now come equipped with a Samsung-developed 20.3 megapixel CMOS sensor, and will have the ability to record 1080 pixel high definition videos. In addition, all the three models will be compatible with the NX range of accessories, which includes the lenses and flash units.

The NX20 model, which is listed at around US $1,100, will be the first of the trio to go on sale from early May. The NX210 will follow from somewhere around mid-May, and will be priced at around US $900. The pricing for NX1000 has not been disclosed yet. The white and black versions of the NX1000 will be shipped from June 2012, whereas the pink version will follow in July 2012.

Samsung® Galaxy S III to Land on May 3

For those who are anxiously waiting for the successor of Samsung Galaxy S II, then the wait seems to be getting over soon. Samsung Galaxy S III, which was expected to be released at the Mobile World Congress 2012 in Barcelona in February, will now be launched on May 3.

The Korean electronics giant is now sending formal invitations for the launch event of Samsung Galaxy S III to be held in London on May 3, 2012. The invitation card does not provide any details about the most anticipated smartphone except for the words- “come and meet the next Galaxy”. Samsung has also published the image of this creative invitation on its Facebook page but without any mention of the date of the event.

For the time being, just keep your fingers crossed and wait for May 3rd as it is certainly going to be a happening event.
