After a long wait finally T-Mobile unveiled its much awaited HTC G2. The unveiling of HTC G2 set foot on the rumors which filled the air about its specifications. It is officially the first HSPA+ Android based phone to hit the US markets. HTC unveiled the phone on 15th September on its official website. Then new HTC G2 features the “powerhouse processor” built specially for the 4G speeds on HSPA+ network. It has a 3.7 inch screen which features a resolution of WVGA 480×800 and capacitive touch panel. The sleek design equally balanced by the sliding QWERTY keyboard which looks just smart for the perfect phone. The phone is packed with features just waiting to be explored.

The added feature: The Quick keys for one-touch access:
The HTC’s G2 keyboard is provided with an additional feature of quick keys for instant access to the Google shortcuts and application just at one touch. This shortcut keys can be customized by the user according to its convenience. Not only this saves valuable time but also enhances experience while using the Google applications. The lightning fast operation on the internet is supported with the Google’s operating System the Android 2.2 which offers seven customizable home screen panels among which any one can be consecrated to the one click application of the Google and its services, including the Android Market.
The mobile already comes with various Google applications and services as well as a new Google application recently launched by Google, The Google Voice. This application enables the user to just speak into the phone for doing various phone operations such as sending mail, text messages, making a call, searching phone book, searching address, browsing internet, listening to the music and various other operations.
Adobe Flash Player enabled. This enhances the web browsing experience and watching videos online will be fun too.
Pinch and zoom functionality. This feature enables user to zoom image with ease. This feature is although not new and seen in many prior HTC models but still different to it.

Let us hope the QUALCOMM MSM 7230 chip running at 800 MHz, which is supported by 512 RAM, will deliver what it is supposed to deliver and give the customers the thrill and passion of high speed surfing on mobile.
