Organizing your file is very important because your computer contains millions of files and you work with so many of them on a day-to-day basis. It always takes some time to find the documents or files you need. You can easily store your files online; there are so many websites available like Microsoft SharePoint 2010 site or through Windows Live SkyDrive  or Google Docs.
