Acer is one of the leading companies which makes desktops, laptops and other computer-related devices. Now as most of the companies are entering into the tablet computer market, Acer has also decided to develop tablets. Acer will be releasing a with a 7-inch screen and also a 10-inch tablet starting this year. The main features of these tablets are the Sandy Bridge Processors (quad-core) by Intel, and the new Android Honeycomb 3.0 operating system.

The 7-inch Android tablet by Acer will have only one button to navigate. There will be one ‘Home’ button on the front face of the tablet. It is a touch-sensitive capacitive button and when you touch, it lights up to guide you and help you to navigate the Android Honeycomb OS. Acer has decided to launch this tablet later this year. The main features of the tablet are its 7-inch display, speculated at a 1280 x 800 WXGA resolution. It will also support Adobe Flash 10.1 player and due to its support, it will run high-powered apps and 3D games. The new 1.2 GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor will make it capable of running all these apps. The tablet has two cameras, the rear one is present with LED flash and one at front that will help in video calls.
