Acer Japan has launched two new Gateway NV series (NV59C-H34E and NV59C-H54E) notebooks in the Japan market recently, with a price tag ranging from 80 to 90 thousand yen.
Both the Gateway NV Series notebooks have a different high speed processor. NV59C-H34E and NV59C-H54E feature a 15.6-inch WXGAG HD TFT Display, Intel integrated graphics processor and 1366 x 768 pixel resolution.
The NV59C-H34E model will come into the market in two different colors with the name NV59C-H34E/S engraved in silver color and NV59C-H34E/B engraved in blue. However, t NV59C-H54E model comes only in silver color with name NV59C-H54E/S engraved on it.
New Gateway NV Series notebook has a built-in Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OS, with 4GB 1066 MHZ of DDR3 RAM that supports SO-DIMM dual channel and a 640GB SATA Hard drive for storage with 5400rpm speed. The new Gateway notebooks series also supports HDMI as well as VGA port. The HDMI port is used for connecting your notebooks with HDTV whereas VGA port is used to connect to the monitor. For other connectivity, the new notebooks have USB 2.0 port, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n as well as Gigabit Ethernet LAN support.
Internally, both the NV series notebook have a similar specification, however the only difference is of the CPU. The Gateway NV59C-H34E is powered by a 2.13GHz core i3, whereas Gateway NV59C-H54E supports 2.66 GHz core i5.
Both the notebooks have come out with many excellent features, such as a ultra fast processor, which has attracted the business and home users.
