The engraving on the processor that is found inside the latest of next generation iPhone shows that the system on chip includes apple A4 and 256 MB of Samsung Dram on two dies.

This was the information that was told to iFixit based on the marking seen on the device and this was the same device that was photographed in Vietnam. The markings that were photographed marked APL0398 339S0084. This goes on to show that the hardware that was used was from A4 microprocessor while K4X2G643GE goes on to further show that the 256MB of system RAM from Samsung. Both of these were also to be seen in the processor that is inside iPad.

The comments that were made by the service providers were that on finding this, they were certainly not astounded. They had been quite stumped by the low amount of electricity that was consumed by the iPad and had already mentioned that the power consumption along with the board design was the far better in line in the handheld devices than a laptop computer.

Now, what the markings indicate is that the iPhone has the very same processor and RAM within it as that to be found in the iPad. This was the very same feature that was designed by Apple. The A4 Apple package was also like the iPhone processors used before this. It had three layers of circuitry.
