You can click on New copy or Upgrade copy and do the purchasing right from there. After downloading the file you can install it by double clicking the downloaded file which starts with the extraction of files and then initiates the Installer. Installation is very simple and just like any other product but it would be wise to install it in separate directory than the one in which you already have your existing version of Office. This good because 2010 is new software and it will take a little time for you to get used to it so it is good to keep both of them installed on your machine for some time and later you can remove the previous version.
