• Finally close the meeting.

If you are an attendee of meeting

• Open the meeting calendar of Outlook 2010.
• Note down the Start time of the meeting for your reference.
• Change the start time of the meeting.
• Change the Start time to original time as noted in step 2.
• Finally click Save and Close on the ribbon.

If you want to arrange more than one meeting, consider using either Exchange update tool or Outlook tool instead of manual approach as described above for Outlook 2010.

Time Zone Data Update Tool for Office Outlook (32-bit versions)

If you have earlier versions of Office Outlook like Outlook 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007 and Outlook 2010 (32-bit version). Then you can download the tool from the Microsoft website.
This tool named Time Zone Data Update, must be downloaded from the Microsoft website and then run by the user. This tool will equip the user to modify their calendars to suit the change in time zone rule. This tool will not be circulating through Windows Update or Microsoft Update.
