  3. Look for the OEMBackground. This is usually located at

  4. Choose the OEMBackground by double click. There is a value box under “Data”, change it to 1 rather than 0.

  6. Open a newly-created folder, name it info. Inside info, create another folder name it as background. So there would be two folders, one folder inside the other.
  7. Choose an image that is less than 245KB, and then name it backgroundDefault.jpg. In a third party application, you can choose any image and it would already do the editing to make it fit into only less than 245KB. In this method, you would need to be the one to choose which is under that file size.
  8. Save the image named backgroundDefault.jpg in the background folder, which is inside the info folder.
  9. Reboot your system to check whether you are able to do it completely.
